At Jennings Excavating, we take safety seriously, and strive to not only meet, but exceed all safety standards for the industry. We start with a detailed hiring process, complete with background checks and drug testing. We are also a Zero Tolerance workplace.
Jennings Excavating also employs a full-time Safety Coordinator to oversee and implement our safety trainings and protocols. All employees are provided a comprehensive employee manual with our written safety program.
Our team also conducts several training and safety programs, and our supervisors hold daily safety meetings to discuss and mitigate any jobsite hazards that could be faced throughout the day. In addition, we also hold weekly behavior-based safety observations on each jobsite. All new hires go through an orientation training program, with emphasis on safety and standard operating procedures.
